There are so many ways we can connect with the earth, and we don’t need to travel far!
As a passionate horticulturist and someone who has lived experience with chronic illness, I know first-hand how beneficial gardening and connecting with nature is for our physical and mental health.
I strive to guide, inspire and support those interested in nature-based settings as part of an ongoing practice that works towards the individual’s goals – be that mindfulness to food growing, plant identification to propagation.I always show up with my authentic self and will ensure you feel safe, heard and supported as we work towards your goals together. Looking forward to meeting you!
EXPERIENCE

My journey into this space began in 2020 when I facilitated a weekly group of volunteers at a native plant nursery. We welcomed locals of different ages and abilities and it was a delight to see them engage both with the plants and with each other in a supportive way.In 2022, I taught a beginners horticulture course to a group of NDIS participants, which solidified my interest in engaging people in natural spaces. Classes were catered to each individual’s ability and interest and we reaped the rewards by literally planting, growing and harvesting for the local community lunches.Since then I have worked both as a gardener and support worker, and have bridged these two realms together for a more specialised offering.
